Account Manager - Ontario

Q2 Management, an industry leading provider of quality support services throughout North America, is seeking individuals with automotive quality experience to develop new and existing business opportunities within Southern Ontario.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Work experience at an automotive OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2
  • Work experience as a quality manger, quality engineer, tech or representative
  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships with OEM and Tier 1 stakeholders
  • Professional verbal and written skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid license and ability to travel throughout Southern Ontario

Responsibilities

  • Research, qualify and communicate with new and existing clients
  • Deliver presentations
  • Prepare quotes
  • Perform after sales account management duties

Quality Control Inspector

We are searching for Quality Control Inspectors to support our Inspection and Containment operations throughout the United States and Canada in the following regions:

United States: Ohio and South Carolina

Canada (Ontario): Greater Toronto Area, Milton, Guelph, Kitchener/Cambridge, Woodstock, London

 

Roles and Responsibilities Candidates will be required to conduct quality inspection activities including physical manipulation, measurements and data collection following systematic instructions. Candidate must have the ability to maintain focus on detailed criteria over extended periods of time. Candidates must have good eyesight (corrective lenses are permitted) and be physically capable of performing tasks that may include prolonged standing, continuous walking and/or repetitive lifting component parts or assemblies over extended shift lengths (up to 10 lbs., 120 times per hour). Strong communication skills (oral and written) combined with a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers are expected. Overtime and shift work may be required.

Contract Quality Engineer

Q2 Management Inc., a leading provider of quality support services to the Automotive industry, have immediate opportunities for long and short term contract Engineers in the following geographic regions:

Canada: Ontario

Requirements:

Successful candidates will:

  • Possess strong working knowledge of TS16469, PPAP documentation, PFMEA’s, Control plans, Process flow, 8D processes, Statistical process control and Root cause analysis.
  • Possess the ability to develop and conduct training, perform audits and thorough process investigations.
  • Possess a degree in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years relative work experience.
  • Be able to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Field Supervisor

Q2 Management Inc. is searching for Field Supervisors to support our Inspection and Containment operations throughout Canada and the United States in the following regions:

United States: Ohio and South Carolina

Canada (Ontario): Greater Toronto Area and Woodstock

 

Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work quickly and effectively within tight schedules, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. In addition you must be able to work hourly schedules that are not uniform day-to-day and must be willing to travel, extensively at times, to meet customer needs.

Candidates will be required to manage inspection activity including identification and implementation of inspection criteria/processes. This includes managing inspectors; maintain a safe working environment and compliance with company procedures, rules and regulations.

You will be expected to work as leader, team member and alone with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills (oral and written) combined with a superior customer service approach toward clients and co-workers are expected. Overtime and shift work may be required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience.
  • Post secondary school education in a technical college and/or equivalent.
  • Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Able to work both as a team member & independently.
  • Able to work shifts / some weekend work.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Professional appearance.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Military experience is an asset but not required.
