      Roles and Responsibilities
      Candidates will be required to conduct quality inspection activities including physical manipulation, measurements and data collection following systematic instructions. Candidate must have the ability to maintain focus on detailed criteria over extended periods of time. Candidates must have good eyesight (corrective lenses are permitted) and be physically capable of performing tasks that may include prolonged standing, continuous walking and/or repetitive lifting component parts or assemblies over extended shift lengths (up to 10 lbs., 120 times per hour).
      Strong communication skills (oral and written) combined with a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers are expected. Overtime and shift work may be required.

      Requirements

      Successful candidates will:
      • Possess strong working knowledge of TS16469, PPAP documentation, PFMEA’s, Control plans, Process flow, 8D processes, Statistical process control and Root cause analysis.
      • Possess the ability to develop and conduct training, perform audits and thorough process investigations.
      • Possess a degree in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years relative work experience.
      • Be able to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.

      Roles and Responsibilities

      Leading a team of Supervisors/Group Leaders; Regional Managers are responsible for the effective delivery of regional field service operations. Regional Managers are responsible for superior customer expectation management and the identification/mitigation of operational risks to service delivery. Ideal candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills and must be willing to travel, extensively at times, to meet demand needs.

      Requirements:

      • Post secondary school education or equivalent.
      • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
      • Automotive industry/manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
      • Strong oral and written communication skills.
      • Able to work with a team & independently.
      • Able to work shifts / some weekend work.

      Roles and Responsibilities

      The ideal candidate will have the ability to work quickly and effectively within tight schedules, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. In addition you must be able to work hourly schedules that are not uniform day-to-day and must be willing to travel, extensively at times, to meet customer needs.

      Candidates will be required to manage inspection activity including identification and implementation of inspection criteria/processes. This includes managing inspectors; maintain a safe working environment and compliance with company procedures, rules and regulations.

      You will be expected to work as leader, team member and alone with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills (oral and written) combined with a superior customer service approach toward clients and co-workers are expected. Overtime and shift work may be required.

      Requirements:

      • A minimum of 5 years work experience.
      • Post secondary school education in a technical college and/or equivalent.
      • Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
      • Strong oral and written communication skills.
      • Customer service excellence.
      • Able to work both as a team member & independently.

      • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).

    • Inside Sales Rep

      The candidate will use all available tools to contact potential clients to present Q2 Management Inc.’s portfolio of services and arrange client meetings/presentations for the Outside sales team. The candidate will network with current clients to uncover new leads and potential business opportunities.

      The candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline which will be updated and presented to the Business Development Manager on a weekly basis.

      Candidates with Sales, Customer service and Automotive Industry experience preferred.
